1. What services do you deliver?
I offer end-to-end support in ERP and IT project, program, and change management, including rollouts, transitions, vendor selection, SoW and contract setup, interim management, and organizational change support. My services
2. How can I check your availability?
You can request availability via the contact form. I typically travel 40–70% of the time (locally and internationally) and can accommodate urgent needs with short-term full-time commitment.
3. What are your rates?

4. Can you work internationally?
Yes. My experience spans Europe, Asia, and global programs. Depending on the assignment, remote, nearshore, or on-site delivery can be arranged.
5. What is your travel and expense policy?
For on-site engagements, travel time is billed at 35% of the hourly rate, and travel and other expenses are invoiced as incurred or as pre-arranged. All terms are agreed upon in advance.
6. How do we set up a contract and terms?
Contracts include detailed scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, and legal terms. I provide standard T&C under Dutch law, and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and data protection agreement can be included if needed. Go to contact form
7. Is the first call/meeting/visit charged?
